I had a dream this morning. I am not sure I understand.

I dreamed that my husband and I got up that morning.. and went to go out the
front door of our home. But out entire front lawn was completely dug out. Very
very deep, like hundreds of feet. The government/city did this without any
notification. I couldn't believe they had done this. There were all kinds of
heavy machinery and people working in our front yard, but we had to look down
upon them, because that is how deep the front yard was dug out. They had built
a temp. porch with a few steps down unto another temp.porch. There were others
standing on my porch, like it was a shelter, but some were small people that
were trying to slip through the steps. I would grab them and pull them back. I
wasn't upset or mad, but I couldn't believe the government had done such a
thing with no notice. It could have been a worse situation. Anway, I remember
looking at my husband and saying.. Is it okay if I call in a sick day at
work,knowing I had to stay home to make sure no one fell through to thier
deaths.
What does this dream say?? I know that the hole dug out of my front yard was
light colored clay,it wasn't dark and dreary, but it was dangerous that this
front yard was suddenly missing with no notice.
please help!
