Time zones

How do I know which time zone to select for my time zone, I don't know what GMT means. Thanks
GMT = Greenwich Mean Time
You can set your time in your profile. Here's a conversion chart ---
ET = GMT-4
CT = GMT-5
MT = GMT-6
PT = GMT-7
Note: The board does NOT automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time - this must be done manually.
