After I signed out the verse, "God owns the cows on a thousand hills." came to mind. So perhaps they are blessings. Not sure how you're going to get past the out of control carnival to get at the blessing. Perhaps they are the snares of Satan that so easily entangle us.

We need to look closely, be discerning about people, things, situations. Are they from the Lord? They may look right but upon closer inspection are not. They may not be bad, but not the best.

Left side: close to the heart. Waiting for something to happen that is an attack close to the heart? Perhaps there is something you can do to prevent this from happening but you are not being proactive??
