Flying in helicopter

I dreamed I was talking to someone I know named Dean and we seemed to be at a pier at the water. A friend named Jessica was with me but never said a word. I threw a pill in Dean’s mouth and told him to chew it. Next we were in a helicopter and Dean was flying it. I was actually standing in the helicopter with Jessica. I don’t remember boarding the helicopter, only being in it flying. We were flying low and Dean went straight up in the air and I felt it in my stomach. Dean let a rope down to the end of the pier and repelled down and left us suspended in mid-air. I felt nervous because no one was flying the helicopter.
