Myself on a Bus with Pastor

I had this dream a few months ago and I can't get it off my mind.

I was on a bus going somewhere with people from church. My pastor was sitting in the front and I was sitting behind him. As we're driving, my pastor turns around and grabs my foot and lifts up my left pant's leg up to the knee. He points to my leg to show me. I have a very bad red rash from the knee down. I look at it and I'm in shock. I didn't know that was there, but he did. As I sit there I just can't stop thinking "how did I not notice that?" Then I say to myself that I have to see a doctor.
