Yes it does. It's useless to worry. There's something that's been concerning me. God doesn't want me to worry. He wants me to pray.
I just saw a woman rocking a baby. It pacifies. It calms but the real reason the baby may be irritable is because he or she is sleepy.

Resting in the Lord will take care of the worry.
