I understand and do use the Holy Spirit to lead me in interpreting symbols and dreams. I understand we need to interpret in context as well.
I have been interpreting dreams by the purpose of each symbol because this is the way it is spoke or used in Hebrew e.i. a pencil is something I write with rather than it's yellow with a pink eraser.
Our God is a personal God but I am wondering, how exactly have you been led to interpret symbols and how does the Holy Spirit lead you to interpret them for others?
I'm wondering how much the Spirit can help you interpret as well. Do some of you just receive revelation? A lot of the time I use the gift of knowledge, too. And prophecy.
