there was this small black child about 7-8 years old who was a boxer ...he was a champion ...there was another boxer who was high ranked contender who was white ...he fought dirty and was a mean child ...his trade mark was pinching and pulling the opponents glove, rather than tapping gloves before a fight as a sign of honoring each other, as is the custom in boxing ...i saw the glove (which was red) become like rubber as it was pinched and pulled, and then it snapped back as it was released ...the black child was not mean at all, rather the opposite, he was fair and soft hearted
all the adults were very serious about this fight ...it meant so much to them ...it was so important that the fight was being stopped at every little thing by the referee, to the point of ridiculousness ...every punch was being called a foul, which was untrue ...but the fight was so important to the parents, that the ref was influenced by their remarks, so he kept stopping the fight ...finally the children quit and walked off in disgust ...they secretly met on play ground to finish the fight ...only other children were there ...no adults ...they were fighting for the fun of the sport, and were joyful even though they fought seriously ...it did not matter to them who won, though they were curious who was the better boxer
