Bathroom, Chinese food and a worm
I went into a woman's public restroom. An older man from church came in. I told him that this was a woman's bathroom and then he left. I went into a stall. Behind me was a wall. To the left of me was a toilet with Chinese noodles and vegetables in the water. To the right of me was a wall with a worm on it. The worm was a tannish color, was about 3/4' around and was about a foot long. The worm was on the wall and moving away from me.

When I read your post the following things came to me, Test if they fit for you.
You went in to a place of cleansing and it was the right place and order. When the man came into the wrong room, you saw out of order and voiced it.
In the stall, you had a toilet (place to void waste) Chinese food. "Wasted food" On the right, you describe a worm in detail on the wall. Worms feed on dead flesh and worst and recycles it. Noting that it was moving away from you. "no dead flesh on you" to draw it to you. The color tan to me is a lighten brown. Humanity in nature.
