Crowded Belly..

Dreamt last night I was pregnant.. I have a pretty good idea what that symbolizes, but what I saw puzzled me. I was enormous.. Looked like a crowd of people were in my belly. I was round, seriously, I had a round belly and I could not walk down the street..People were coming up to me like I was someone special, giving me things and smiling.. Just a dream about being enormously pregnant.. Any thoughts would be appreciated.. Thank you!
