Two forms of person look sickly

I was at a gathering. Someone I know stopped. He was tall, thin and looked sickly, like I saw him previously. Then there was another form of this person. The two forms of this person were standing beside each other. Only this second form was short, about 3-4 feet tall, heavy, and he looked even more sickly.

Sounds like two different enemy spirits are attacking this person. Both of them have to do with different infirmities or illnesses I think.
