Oil Poured in ear

Please help. Sister in ministry dreamed of an ordination taken place. She was being ordained. The pastor was conducting the ceremony and begin to pour oil in her left ear. She normally hears from the Lord in her right ear, but when oil was poured in the left ear, she could no longer hear. She said she could see the people calling her name, but she started to not hear in the right ear. Very disturbing. Do you have any insight?

God is going to teach her to hear Him in new ways that she wouldn't expect. This is a season when the Lord is trying to teach us to know His voice in many ways so that our ability to receive will be more broad and fruitful.
