I want everyone to know that I really enjoy this site and have grown and learned much. Thank God for your gifts and allowing the Lord to use you for the Kingdom.
I had this dream the other night:
I was crossing the street going to an apartment complex I lived in (in real life I rent a house) and this man drove up to me and asked if I wanted to buy a house, and I said I don't think I qualify, what are the income requirements? And he responded, you need to have four years worth of income, and I said four years, why four years! He said because people get better and better as the years go by. So he gave me his contact information and drove off.
In real life I am not looking to purchase any real estate neither have I consulted with an agent or broker, I'm not ready for that type of financial commitment and I really don't qualify to buy a house in my current financial position.
Any help would be great.
