Pastor bouncing a pillow
I had a dream pastors wife was sleeping, and pastor was standing, bouncing a pillow above his head.

A sleeping Christian I personally see as this:
Revelation 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
Jesus considered death and sleeping the same thing:
Mark 5:39 When He came in, He said to them, "Why make this commotion and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeping."
Your pastor bouncing the pillow on his head, I see as him playing with or thinking about the idea of being a dead or sleeping Christian.

.... He very loudly said "woohoo!!!!" and walked away.....and that is it ...... I'm flabberghasted at his response.
