Both of my children ages 12 and 13 have had multiple dreams about me having twins through out their lives. One dream my son had showed me in the hospital holding the babies looking uo at the doctor. The dreams could very well be a desire in you to have more children. It could also be seen at a different angle as well projected towards multiplying spiritually and spiritual growth. A baby's presence in a dream can mean different things, it really depends on the person and the context of the dream.
