dead man comes back to life and is upset with me

I have a friend named Dominic. he is like family and is up there in age.
I dreamed he died and his grandson Peter was carrying him into a hospital room. He's a big Sicilian man in real life, Peter probably couldn't carry the dead weight. Peter plopped him on the hospital bed and I noticed he was wearing a jacket or something like that.
I left to get some of Dominic's personal things and returned with them. I only remember one item which was his American Express bill totaling $772 dollars. I didn't like the way he was plopped on the hospital bed and I wanted to adjust him. He started moving then coughed and took in some air. I was shocked and said "I thought you were dead" He sat up and I saw that his hair was like shoulder length in the back and he had it slicked back. He said "whatever you do, just stay away from me". I was not happy about that and said "I will spend the rest of my life trying to make it up to you". Then I thought why is he blaming me for this, everyone else thought he was dead too.
