Not sure, but I wonder if this has something to do with getting involved in ministry. The kind that is very hands on, slightly dangerous and in the thick of things...the real dirty issues 
. If fish = people or believers... toilets = spiritual cleansing, sometimes church, confession...and ocean = the world...this may fit. If not, please toss! Just what I thought of when I read this dream .
Forgot to add that often times when I dream of houses full of people, it's about the church.
