Peacock dream

Two nights ago, I dreamed like I was at a gathering that was at the foot of a hill. There was a peacock that was sitting at the top of the hill, with its back to me. there was some mist like thing emanating from the peacock towards me. as soon as that mist came into contact with me, there came people bearing gifts that they said they were told to give to me. I felt like I was getting deeper and deeper into sleep. I felt myself wanting to wake up, but I could not. When I awoke, I was overwhelmed. can someone please interpret this one for me?

In what way were you overwhelmed? Do you mean in a sense of gratitude or with heaviness or sadness? Peacocks often speak of pride in a negative sense but I don't sense that here. Could this peacock represent Christ who is beautiful and regal in splendor and the mist His Spirit coming to overwhelm you? We look unto the hills from which cometh our help, our help comes from the Lord.

thank you for the interpretation Ps. It makes sense because I have been seeking God's presence and guidance. I was in awe of what had transpired in the dream, so I was overwhelmed in a nice way. It felt like OMG!
