Hint: Church in 2nd Floor
I had dream this early morning, in the dream i am inside my church seems like evening, there was church members present and i am looking through the 2nd floor Church building window glass and i saw the rain outside, then i saw rain drops transformed into Infinite White Snow Flaks very clearly i saw their shapes. I am telling my church members look at this it's only August 28 and it's snowing early.

Hmm... these are just some thoughts:
Rain runs. It lands and then is either soaked in or pours off. It saturates if the soil is good, runs off if the soil is stony.
Snow, on the other hand, lands and settles. It remains a long time (relative to rain). It can be DEEP.
Perhaps your church is going to receive a Word that is deep and lingers, eventually saturating even the stoniest of ground, where before they were receiving a word that 'ran off'.
The fact that it is only August, the season may be further along than any of you thought.
