Charleston Heston visits Food (Town) Lion

Wayne's Dream

Dream is set in 1977 or 78. I was working in Food Lion on #19. I was the assistant manager and worked for a very ungodly man.

In this dream, I was Charleston Heston and leaving food lion (in the dream it was Food Town). I am observing myself walking at the back of this store. I walk around and huge food Lion trailer truck and walking into rolling fields of wheat, hills. The wind is blowing through the wheat as far as I can see.

Then I see myself (as myself) in an old taxi station beside the old hole-in-the wall grill, the green fly. I am across the street from the old courthouse. It was a small place, benches were along the walls and people were there. I was in awhile robe and was wearing sandals. The floor was dirt.

I remember walking outside and looking around. That’s all.

(NOTE: I know this grill from years ago and it was nicknamed “The Green Fly”…LOL…don’t even ask…Mrs. WW)
