Dream about my best friend

I had a dream that I was at a friend's house. And there were three of us there we were talking and baking cookies and somehow it came up that my best friend was pregnant (by the way she was not the friends that I was with in the dream). I was extremely upset because she did not tell me, I was questioning why she didn't tell me. Then I was upset because this would be here 3rd child and my husband and I are still trying for child #1. I was being extremely petty in my dream. Then I woke up.

Any insight? I have had many dreams that friends are pregnant, and I couple that I was. I know sometimes it's in regards to ministry, but alot of times the person becomes pregnant shortly thereafter.
