I woudl be grateful for any light that could be shed, have used the dictionary but still at a loose end...
I dreamt I saw two snakes slither into my 10 year old daughters bed. So I woke her up and told her to stand behind me, I shielded her as one of the snakes stood up like a cobra and was poised to attack.
Only when I turned around to lead my daughter away did this snake bite me in the back of my shoulder. I brushed it off, it didn't hurt, I wasn't scared but in the dream I was worried about the venom getting into my body.
