Pools on the side of the road

In my dream I was walking along a road on the sidewalk.
I saw pools of water very clear water; [on my right] some polls where small and some where bigger. I saw a man run past me he was stepping over the pools I thought to myself ' Opps he almost fell into that one “.
I also thought to myself that a certain pool looked like s children’s pool.

I walk on and felt there was a resort like place next to the pools.
I walked a bit more and saw a bus stop ,along comes the bus I don’t see anyone getting of or on , but I see that man who was stepping over the pools run pass me and through the gate to the road the leads to resort or a very big pool. I called after him don’t run down there, but he was too far to hear me.
