Hello all, I have had dreams where my hair was falling out and there was a big sore on the back of my hair. My hIr looked really then. My recent dream showed me balding. My mom told me to call the dermatolgist and in the mean time. I will have to wear wigs even though I didn't want to.

Hair falling out could represent something(s) falling apart and causing exposure that you may be uneasy about. The wigs will only mask or hide the source of the problem. You recognize the need to be free from coverups because in the dream you didn't want to wear any wigs. I believe going to the dermatologist is synonymous with the need to get to the root or source of the problem.
