The tampon may represent a solution to a problem. Menstral blood in the Bible was considered a time in which a woman was unclean. Perhaps this may symbolize fleshiness or the allowance of sin. Putting it all together, perhaps you are objectively (3 Asian men) coming up with a solution to an issue of fleshiness. Note: in the negative sense the 3 Asian men may represent subjective thinking aka having a slant eye view on things or opion vs that of using facts. But I believe that the Asian men symbolize the positive and not the negative. Toss if it does not pings!
