Light Switch in Ground?

At a school for an event, I think graduation. I was outside in the back where the playground was and it was getting dark. I tripped a switch in the ground that was a dial with numbers on it and turned all the outside lights off. I went inside then I went out to the front to go home.

Then I am at my parents' house, my sister Jennifer was there, and their drop ceiling was sagging. I was thinking that if you put something more rigid in there you would have to have a framework to hold it. Then, they are going somewhere and they are out in the car waiting for me. I'm finally get my shoes on which I notice are thicker than the remote control. I go outside and they had already left.
