dream of unwanted pregnancy

Helloo there!

Please help with a dream.
i was lying on my bed and felt that my abdomen was hard, i rushed to the mirror an saw that i was pregnant, i was shocked and didn't know about this i could feel the size of the fetus, it was the size of a fist, i didn't want this pregnancy and even thought of terminating it. i had grief that i'm pregnant out of wedlock, and thought that the baby belonged to a guy that i was previously in a relationship with in real life. I didn't want this child seeing that i was going to have to raise this child alone because he wont be able to provide for the child.
