My husband had a dream where he was at the dentist and he had extra teeth. What could this mean?

Thank you Mary Cherry for your response. This really speaks to me where my husband is at right now. This verse immediately came to mind from Proverbs 10:19...
"In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, but he who restrains his lips is wise."
