2 Year old Watching Tv

Dream: A small child (girl about 2yrs old) sitting intently in front of television, not moving an inch. figuring she was just into the program, I went to move her away from being so close to it, I saw that her eyes were glazed and fixed. She had died in front of the set? This puzzles me but troubles me greatly, if anyone could interpret I would appreciate it. Thank you!
