This was a vision i had of someone quite some time ago. It came back to mind tonight.

I saw this guy, Mark, and he had small spiders all over his back. Hundreds of them.

Any ideas what this may be about?

Maybe he has a fear of spiders. Or maybe something happened to him involving spiders when he was a child.
