Love for Man I've Never Met

Here is my dream:
There was a man that I've never seen before irl. I think he was a restaurant owner and he was very nice to me. There was a fatherly love between us. Then I got a message that he didn't have much time left. He lived in another State very far from where I lived (not sure of states). I immedietly got on a plane and got to him. His wife and other relatives were there. He was very happy and surprised that I managed to get there. I spent time with him and his family until he died.
End of dream.
This is so strange because I really cared for this person in my dream and it felt like I've always known him. I have never met him in real life, but it felt very real and I felt the loss in the dream. Any thoughts?
