I had a dream that an acquaintance came up to me and started talking to me. I talked with him, but I was kind of not really believing he was sincere, or that he was just making small talk. But then he started asking me questions about a hobby that I do, and he was very interested in it.

I had my left hand on a table, and when I looked at it, it had turned into a brass mitten that had this elaborate design around the outer edge. Then, my hand was normal. He took my pinkie finger and linked it with his and we began to walk together.

What does this mean--specifically the brass hand?

From the little bit of research I just did, it seems that the brass left hand (mitten) represents a time of trial or difficulty that appears to be connected with making friends with this person.

Could be a warning dream.
