Doctor wearing white coat standing on a trailer

As I was driving, I saw a doctor *wearing a white doctor coat". He was standing in the middle of a black trailer (it was a long, open, flatbed-type trailer)
I couldn't see what he was trying to do (b/c another car was blocking my sight) but I also saw a lady nurse standing on the ground beside the trailer (she was wearing a blue colored coat-like blue scrubbs) The nurse was trying to help the doctor do "something" but again my vision was blocked.
