i had a dream this morning that I was on a campus, or on a compound and you didn't know at any minute who would turn into a terrorist or bad guy. There were good guys and bad guys. Next thing I know, from a far, people started running away from shootings or some commotion that was going on, and I found myself laying prostrate on the ground. When I looked up, I saw a man, who I had suspected all along was an undercover terrorist, waiting to enter a building in front of me. I could see a symbol on his thumb which I knew was the bad guys symbol. Next thing I know, he was standing over me and I believe he shot me. I felt myself passing away but I wasn't in pain. At that moment, a man that I knew was fond of me or liked me ran to my rescue and said let's go!!! he had such an intense but concerned look on his face. The man who shot me didn't like this man throughout the dream. For some reason he just didn't like him. But it was like this man who rescued me was my protector or like covering me or something. As we ran with bad guys in pursuit, there was a canal with canoes in front of us. The man with me said jump in the boat and we did. I then heard another voice say, go with Miriam. I looked and could see a small fixture/statue of Miriam(Moses' sister) at the head of the boat and I felt so much peace and knew we were safe even though the bad guys were right on our heels to kills us. They pursued us in a separate canoe but sure enough, we got further and further away from them and was out of danger. As we got out of danger, we entered what I would call a cave maybe and our boat began to lift like it was on an escalator but we were flying. as it lifted we lightly crashed into A CHEST FILLED WITH GOLD that was in front of us! This gold was brilliantly gold. But the voice said to leave that for the bad guys and at that moment, the canoe dropped down and there was a lion! I can't remember clearly but I think it was gold too. The voice then said that was ours to have or to enter into or something of that nature. Then I woke up even though I wanted to keep dreaming. I've seen this gentleman on TV but I don't know why i was so connected to him in this dream. I've been trying to figure out what this dream means all day and just can't figure it out. Just a quick thought here - this dream really reminded me of Moses in the basket - the enemy wanting to destroy him, and his deliverance as a baby, and then his deliverance as an adult when the "bad guys" (Egyptians) were right at his heels, along with the people of Israel. The gold and the golden lion remind me of the promised land and the Lion of Judah. Deliverance is yours, and you will praise your king!

Being shot can speak of "attack" "cursing words" stuff like that.

Thank you Barb. I did see some of the similarities with the story of Moses. The hardest part for me was figuring out the gold coins, and having to leave that to those who were chasing us and us being presented with the gold lion. I felt the man who ran to help me was either the Holy Spirit or a husband maybe.
