Your dream seems to me like a warning dream about the "glory of man." The reason I say that is because gold can represent glory and holiness, but also idolatry and defilement. The number 6 is the number of man.

Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;
I am impressed that the Lord wants you to be very careful about what you "lap up" like admiration, glory, et cetera. Not saying that you are or aren't, but when one is in music, all the gushings of groupies (which can move past appreciation to become idolatry in a sense) can be tempting.
So, desire the true gold of the Lord, as below, which I'm sure is your heart.
