What does it mean for my purse to be lost or stolen in my dream?

Also, what does it mean to dream about someone - I currently have no contact or connection IRL, but in my dream I am trying to find him, searching and searching and we seem to be close to communicating or finding each other, but then something happens and we miss each other.
