I was looking in the mirror and noticed that my teeth were not showing anymore. My gums had grown up over the teeth and my teeth were no longer exposed. I then looked at my back teeth and growing out of the right top molars were toes! They were wiggling back and forth in my mouth!
Any insight?

This may be way out there. If this doesnt sound right dismiss it.
Possibly your list of priorities have or are in the process of, changing, what used to be on the bottom is now on the top.

Teeth can represent wisdom.

Recently I had a dream and I met Mahesh Chavda and on his teeth he had Hebrew letters and nikudim (hebrew vowels). I felt like it meant that he had ancient wisdom.

Has you started making decisions while eliminating wisdom? Just throwing stuff out there.
