fish on big screen in the sky and fixing jeep

I was sitting by a river with some kids washing shoes out with sand ...then I looked up and I saw in the sky a big screen with all these fish swimming up stream ...made me think of spawning

then I was with stepdad, he was driving a red jeep ...something broke and fell off of jeep so we stopped

I thought it was on the front of the jeep ...but it was in the back

it was a black rubber bumper thing, that went around tail light like mudflap, but with hole cut in it for the taillight ...never saw one before, so made me wonder ...I think it was to protect light when backing up?

then while I was fixing it, a sheriff drove by with lights on, going really fast

when stepdad pulled back out in the road, he going really slow, so I was afraid another sheriff would come around corner and hit us
