Child born with Spina Bifida

IRL I am expecting my fifth child. In my dream was expecting a baby but it wasn't my fifth but my sixth. I apparently had a child about 18 months old. This child, I believe, had Spina Bifida or some other similar birth defect. I had seemed to have forgotten I had this child. I didn't know the girls name or anything about her. Doctors had said she wouldn't be able to walk or speak. But when I saw her she was taking her first steps and she was callng me mama. She was also speaking many other words. I realized this was a miracle.

What surprises me about this dream was that my 12 year old daughter was pointed it out to me. Before this I had no interest in the child.
