Wow!! What a night!! I dreamed that there was a woman who was pregnant and about to give birth. She is lying on the bed screaming in labor. I am in the same room with her and a man walks through the door and tells me that he is the doctor. I look at him and say, " you are not qualified to deliver this baby". So, I go tell the woman that I am going to halp her deliver the baby.
IN the dream, I would lay my hands on her stomach and I would feel her contactions...Like I was in labor too!! I remember in the dream, showing the man (who I told could not deliver the baby) and giving instructions to the woman on the different positions to ease the pain. Example, getting into the birthing position of all fours. As she did this, i put my hands on her stomach and gave birth to a child. Then I had her lay on her right side and layed my hands on her stomach (and felt the pain and contractions) and I gave birth to another child.
Then, she was having tremendous pain and turned to the actual birthing position and can see that she is still pregnant and I can tell that the baby is crowning...I tell her, "You are going to have to birth this one with out me"...End of dream.
My body felt like I had given birth and i was soooo tied when I woke up!! Not sure who the woman is and why I was the midwife!!
Blessings in Christ,

This dreams sounds like intercession for someone. You interceded twice and help prepare her birthing process by you taking the first two. The third one she had to bear herself....this one was crowning for her???....
Note: someone else was going to deliver the baby, but you discerned...not a good thing. You instructed her on positioning changes....(spiritual positioning).
Laying hands on the stomach......(out the belly flow living water). You felt her contractions....Spirit intercession with morning and groaning....
Just a Drop to consider! Be Blessed always!

I wish I could answer that question that you have, but I cannot. I do not see the answer in your dream. Unless someone else sees it.
You said you have asked the Lord why you are there in that church, perhaps this is your answer.....only you will know that.
May the Lord confirm his words to you and order your path, in Jesus name. I pray for Clarity over you and your husband.....follow his Spirit as he leads you to your answer. Amen.

HI CLare777...a couple of questions:
It wasn't clear to me whether you delivered her of 2 babes or whether in assisting her you yourself had 2 babies and then told her to deliver her own child which was crowning?
Here are some immediate thoughts/reflections:
The qualified doctor who you judged to be 'unqualified' in this situation speaks to me of transition into a new paradigm where the old ways and practices are no longer adequate or necessary...say from the paradigm of trained reason of man(kind) to that of Spirit-led empathic 'expertese'... (For who knows a person's thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 1 Cor. 2:11...)
Both women may represent you moving towards full reliance on the Spirit and recognizing the time for trusting in 'mans ways' (generic) has passed...for 'my ways are higher than your ways' (Isaiah 55:9).
The other passage which comes to mind is Romans 8...particularly this bit:
18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21 that[h] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.
22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23 Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? 25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.
The delivering of 3 babies speak to me of emphasis...fruitfulness in the Spirit.
I hope somethings there helps...

Hi Charlie,
I delivered two of her babies while assisting her. When I layed hands on her stomach...I gave birth for her twice. But the third time because of the intensity of the pain, she was in the position of giving birth herself because the baby was crowning...thats when I told her in the dream, "you are going to have to birth this one without me.".
I hope this answers your questions. I have had dreams in the past when it was me pregnant...never one like this.
Thank you again,
Blessings in Christ,
