fluid build up on foot???

Last nights dream.

The right side of my foot had a large swelling. It looked as if there was fluid build up. My mom wanted to stick a needle in it to drain the fluid. She had a knitting needle in her hand. I said it was not necessary, I just needed healing.

In the past I received healing thru a dream for pain in my feet . I have no problem with my feet now. I am unclear as to why I wanted healing for my feet in this dream.

It was only the right side of the right foot. Does swelled feet have a connotation that I am missing?
