I had a vision of a big one-carat diamond ring, then a fetus in somebody's stomach, and the name "Anthony Garcia". I don't know anyone by that name.

The fetus spoke as something that has recently has been conceived in the spirit. The diamond ring spoke as something that is “set in stone” and Anthony Garcia symbolizes something that is worthy of praise and firm.
