SQUIRREL

I was out in the front on my porch having a serious conversation with a brown squirrel that was sitting on top of a square glass table.

(IRL we have one out there.)

I don't remember what the conversation was, but both of us were serious.

( not an angry type serious

Any ideas welcome

Perhaps in the future, if anyone tries to be sneaky, or dishonest, the Lord will let you see right through them. I'd also consider this the gift of discernment. The subject you discussed could have to do with it as well. Hope this helps, SpecialK.

Like I said, I don't know what we were talking about but it had the thief in the night feel.

I know it was serious, I believe we were talking about VERY near futuristic things and the strong importance for the need for preparations to be made. That there was little time before we needed to have our plans in place and ready for action.

Some of these preparations are preparations for "the unexpected" if you know what I mean.

This was more of a sense of what it felt like but there was an element there where we knew there was the unexpected but were puzzeled as to what it was and yet a need to plan was wisdom shared between the two of us.

To "make ready" is the word I am getting while typing this out.

Do you have a need to "squirrel away" (save) for something, but you can't make up your mind about it and need to?
Or perhaps,
Do you have a compulsion to "hoard" things that you are trying to break free of?
I think you are debating within yourself about a decision you need to make, either to store up something or to let some thingS go.

Just my thoughts.

That's funny. I like that dream.

I don't have an interp but just thought about the squirrel sayings ... squirrel away and secret squirrel.

Not sure if secret squirrel is an Australianism only? i.e. covert intelligence operations. Funny. e.g. it's all very secret squirrel.

I believe the SQUIRREL in my dream represented the Holy Spirit There is something about PREPARE PREPARE PREPARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello ET, I just looked up squirrel in the topical bible. The word squirrel did not popped up; however gopher did. Gopher is in reference to the tree type that was used to make the ark, so this could be about preparation. What comes to me as in the day of Noah, in which no one is prepared and carries on with life as usual. So I believe this about the coming of Lord being near and people need to take heed and get right. As usual toss if it does not help!

I am needing to make some decisions. To concentrate on that which has eternal value and to rid myself of things that weigh me down, take up my time, and this is not just mentally, but physically as well.

So many goodies offered here... will add my bit...

Squirrels are known to store up food for winter. The prepare, always. They have a keen sense of smell, and know where to go where their storehouse is.

Joseph gave an interpretation to Pharoah's dream that he had, concerning the times of plenty, and the times of lean and gave a suggestion on how to prepare.
