Now that we have determined that it was clam shells, the following is confirmed....

Because he is in a business suit and the shells are breaking and (as you said, "half falling" from it), this double symbolism reveals the main topic of the dream. So, it seems to be about money and/or business more so than your old feelings about him. The shells (clams) represent "money", and that may be indicating he/you/ or whoever you know or have been praying about (perhaps a unscrupulous pastor or business man in your current life) will be losing it. His face was concerned, and this is the reason for the concern.

So it could possibly meen I will be losing money? It just seemed that the dream was about the man I dreamed if. Whom happens to be very wealthy.
