In this dream, i was inside a building. Seeing through a window from this building, a could clearly see some kind of formation out of waters. When i looked intensely, It was a dragon (like dinasour) was forming out of water, like crystal (no solid body of any animal, purely liquid). It started moving. I was telling the people inside the building, who were there of what i saw. But it did not catch their attention in any way. Eventually, i was just howering about in the air and was just above the building and but now the colour of this dragon has turn black! it was huge. The form was like water droplet. End.

The dragon is a type for satan and the last days move of demonic activity. Water to the believer is often representative of the Word of God. Could this water forming a dragon speak of the word of the enemy? Demonic words and lies sent to deceive and oppress. Perhaps the dream is simply a warning of things to come or exposing something already at work. For your prayerful consideration.

Just adding to what has been shared already.
I'm wondering if your dreams with the pastors and church around the same timeframe speak of a lack of heart for the sheep. One pastor's heart doesn't seem into it, preferring to get through the service to move onto other things in his life.
The other pastor seems to be indulging in things that are not good for him, like bitterness, etc, and doesn't seemed pleased with your desire to grow.
Although everyone can experience setbacks in their walk, it may be that the Lord is showing you the condition of church leadership. Whether that is on a broader scale, or smaller one, I don't know.
And as I sense you know, prayer is needed. We can become bitter and critical in a negative sense, or we can intercede for portions of our spiritual family that have lost their way.

36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
In this dream appears you are within a corporate body. I'm wondering if this may be the corporate body of Christ that have become disillusioned with the church and have moved on to form their own fellowship, so to speak.
I love pastor's interp, although I'm wondering if the water is more, or also, an inner condition that is forming into a movement. It starts, then begins to shape into something predatory on a large scale, and eventually is overtaken by the enemy of our souls.
You see it happening, and try to warn others, but your warning goes unheeded. You then find yourself above all of that in the Spirit where you see the magnitude of what is taking place.
It reminds me of movements I have seen where people get disillusioned with the church due to what they witness and leave that environment, but instead of going higher in the Spirit, they succumb to anger and bitterness against the system, or as many call it, "organized religion", and eventually attack the system from whence they came, and the leaders therein, instead of moving higher in Christ.
Just know I believe that those issues need to be addressed, but from what I have seen often others don't move higher in Christ and his Spirit, and become prideful (knowledge puffs up, but love builds up), and become no better than where they came out of, sometimes worse. They just take on a different appearance.
Although, your dream ended at the dragon that appeared to be approaching (yes?). It may also be a call to pray for the body of Christ. He is our cornerstone and only in Him can we overcome all that the enemy throws at us, and come into the full stature of Christ. God may be showing you what is looking to come against the corporate body that you find yourself within.
So in summary, appears the Lord is showing you some things gone wrong within the leadership of the church and the wave that is looking to come against the body of Christ. Whether that is on a larger scale, or within your fellowship, I don't know. I will say that I have seen the trend on a larger scale.
Don't know if it is all on target, but some things you can ponder with Him. And it may not have to do with the body of Christ, but considering your other dreams around the same timeframe, may be. The dragon also reminds me of the verse that speaks of the enemy roaming around like a roaring lion looking to see whom he can devour. It being a dragon seems to speak of an evil on a large scale.

I read the pastor vaping dream again and not sure why i thought he was angry, but don't see that now. Think i got it confused with another dream.
Either way there does seem to be things that are off with him, and with that knowledge may you remain in God's love. I suspect if God is showing you these things, He trusts you with it.
