Dream:
At a mall, looking at spaces for rent. The most expensive spaces were downstairs.
While at the mall a younger man shows me his book, I've already read it so I tell him it's perfect and I smile at him. (Somehow I thought he was the author of the book).
I then walk away from him to go towards my house.
In the dream, my house only had one entrance way in (which was through a shute). The opening of the shute was very small like the size of a doggie door.
I remember being embarrassed for the man with the book to see me having to wiggle my way through the tiny opening.
Once inside my house I saw my son. He was cooking something that had sausage and bell peppers. I saw about 10 clean cookie & pizza pan sheets laying in the drying rack so I began putting them away.
Then I see my sister come in. I told her my son was making that sausage dish and she said it's okay she was just concerned
he was using her bell peppers.
Scene changes and I'm riding a bicycle alongside an old man with white hair. It seems like I'm keeping up with him but he's pretty fast.
He rides his bike up to the front entrance to the local Kroger grocery store and no one has been taking care of the grass around the store so it's very tall. The grass was so tall and overgrown it looked like the store was closed but it wasn't. It was open.
Me and the old man rode our bikes past the grocery store at least twice. At the end I saw the old man riding his bike in front of me. I think we were both going back to our own homes.

Also I forgot to say that while I was in the kitchen I saw someone who I thought may have been my mom.
In real life, my mom died when I was 2 years old so I never really knew her.

I had come across this one before and some details i felt i may see vaguely, but feel I'm seeing more now to share more. Of course doesn't mean it fits, but thought I'd share in case it may help.
Malls are places where people showcase and sell their items to benefit others.
Were you considering renting when looking at the spaces? It may speak of looking for a place to invest your gifts and talents for the benefit of others.
The younger man is showcasing the use of his gifts and talents and you pay him a compliment / encouragement. It may be that his youthfulness represents still needing the nourishment of compliments and encouragement from others. As we grow in Him we lean on Him for more of that, until we fully develop into his glorious body, encouragement can be useful at any stage in the process. We just don't need it from others as much as we further mature in Him.
Your house may represent your inner life.
May be that entrance to your life is currently a narrow opening that leads to deeper areas of your life.
For example, if others have taken advantage of us, we may not let them in easily. They'll have to wiggle their way in, which may not be good if you don't have the welcome mat out.
The kitchen and son may speak of an area of your life that may still need maturing. That part of you is looking for spiritual food, or looking to produce spiritual food, yet your sister (in (Christ?) appears concerned of the use of food from her.
The bell pepper doesn't appear to be a prepared food, just a natural food that may be growing from her inner life. Wonder if it may be similar to fruit, but unsure how.
Meanwhile you are at work putting things away.
Old men with white hair in my dreams can speak of wisdom, but it may speak of something else like things of old.
Riding bikes can speak of a part of your journey that may take some effort on your part. Sometimes it can speak of too much effort on our part, but in this instance I'm wondering if it speaks of exercising wisdom.
The grocery store may speak of a place where one can get spiritual food, but it has been neglected by natural growth, and it appears you both wisely pass it by and head back home.

Can't help but wonder with your other mom dream if the mom factor represents some way she is influencing your life. I suspect you needed that warm hug and loving acceptance in the other dream.
